How do I redeem rewards?
Rewards can be redeemed for discounted gas at participating gas stations or for select groceries at Jewel Osco stores and Albertsons Companies mobile apps or websites. To redeem rewards for groceries, go to the rewards section of our website or follow these steps in the app:
1. Tap on the "Rewards" icon in the top menu bar or tap on the "Member" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and check if you have any available rewards. (Should say 1 bounty, 2 bounties, etc.)
2. Tap View All or Redeem to view your redeemable rewards.
3. Tap on "Clip" to use the desired reward.
Once clipped, the appropriate rewards will be deducted from your Jewel-Osco for U®Account. When you purchase the selected rewards items and enter your membership number (phone number) or scan your membership QR code at checkout, your rewards will be automatically credited.
Do points and rewards expire?
Yes, points convert to rewards in increments of 100 (100 points = 1 reward). At the end of each month, all points below 100 expire. Rewards expire at the end of the month following the month in which they were earned. For example, if you earn 225 points in January, 25 points will expire on February 1 at 2:00 am local time. The remaining 200 points will automatically be converted into 2 rewards and can be used until they expire at 2:00 am local time on March 1st. FreshPass rewards do not expire®(when available) subscribers.
How do I get a reward?
To redeem a reward that you have previously redeemed but not yet redeemed in store, go to "Redeemed Rewards" in the Rewards section of our website or follow these steps in the app:
1. Tap the Rewards icon on the top menu bar or tap the Member icon on the bottom right corner of the screen
2. Tap on "Wallet" in the top menu.
3. Under your tailored rewards at the top of the screen, tap View All.
4. Tap Get Reward on the reward(s) you want to unlink.
Rewards are immediately available for re-redeemment. Rewards cannot be redeemed after the expiry date specified in the food reward offer.
Is there a difference between gas stations and grocery stores?
No, you earn a single type of points which, when converted into rewards, can be used towards discounts on gas at participating stations or discounts on certain groceries at Albertsons Companies Jewel-Osco stores and mobile apps.
Can I use some of my rewards for fuel discounts and some of my rewards for grocery discounts?
If you have multiple awards, you may redeem some or all of them for free or discounted groceries at a Jewel-Osco grocery store, on the Albertsons Companies mobile app or website. You can then use your remaining rewards at a participating gas station (up to the maximum amount allowed at that gas station).
Is there a limit to how many points and rewards I can earn?
NO. You can collect an unlimited number of points and rewards each month. Each month is a separate earnings period; Points for previous and current months are not accumulated.
How do I track my points and rewards?
You can track your points and rewards through Jewel-Osco for U®mobile app or website or by checking your most recent transaction receipt. You may also access "Rewards History" in the Rewards section of our website to view your points earned, rewards redeemed, rewards reclaimed and your total balance.
Can I pick up the discounted or free grocery item at any store?
Grocery Rewards can only be used at participating Albertsons Companies Grocery Flag Stores. Discounted or free groceries can be picked up at the participating store you selected on Jewel-Osco for U®Mobile app or website.
How long are Grocery Rewards offers available?
Grocery Rewards offers can be redeemed up to the "clip by" date specified in the offer. Once the offer has been reduced and the rewards redeemed, you have until the end of the following month to redeem that offer in-store.
Where can I see my selected food rewards?
To view your selected grocery rewards, go to Redeemed Rewards in the Rewards section of our website or to Wallet in the Members Area of the mobile app. You can also view your selected food rewards in My List.
Do I need to register to earn points or redeem rewards for gas or groceries?
You must have a Jewel-Osco for U®counts with an Albertsons Companies Jewel-Osco* grocery store to earn points or redeem rewards for gas or groceries at a participating Jewel-Osco grocery store or Albertsons Companies mobile app. You may already have an account.
